Standard plastic (CR-39) lenses for your distance or reading prescription. Your frame and these lenses form the base pair.

Select optional materials, coatings or tints on the frame page. Your choices update the price.
At checkout, upload the complete prescription and enter its details and your measured PD. Confirm the required statements before paying by card through Stripe. If anything is unclear, request review before payment.

Charges are calculated at checkout at $5 per extra diopter per lens beyond ±4.00 SPH or 3.00 CYL, prorated for fractional diopters. If you are unsure about your prescription or lens choice, ask us before ordering.
