Where we ship
We currently ship prescription eyeglasses to addresses in Michigan, Oregon, Montana and Delaware only. Checkout only accepts shipping addresses in these four states. See our state pages for Michigan, Oregon, Montana and Delaware. More states are coming. Email us to be notified when we reach yours.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free and included on every order. There's one shipping method for everyone, with no upgrades to choose and no handling fees. Your glasses ship straight from our lab to your door, so they reach you faster.
Fast processing and delivery times
Our partner lab is one of the fastest in the country, so most single vision orders are made in 1 business day.
- Order cutoff: orders placed by 5 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, usually go into production that business day.
- Business days only: the lab is closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Orders placed after 5 p.m. Eastern or on a weekend start the next business day.
- Production: most frames and single vision lenses are made in 1 business day.
- Delivery: once shipped, orders usually arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Many customers have their glasses within 2 to 3 business days of ordering.
- Tracking: we email you a tracking number when your glasses ship.
Some orders take a little longer: very strong prescriptions, high-index or Transitions lenses, backordered frames, or orders where we need to confirm your prescription (production starts once you reply). All times are estimates, not guarantees.
Your shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll email you and reship once the address is confirmed. A second reshipment may carry a shipping charge.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
- Damaged in transit: email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the glasses and the package, and we'll replace them free.
- Lost in transit: if tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email us. We'll work with the carrier and replace your order if it's lost.
- Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbors and your building's mail area first, then email us. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier. We can't replace packages the carrier confirms were delivered to the address provided.

How long does it take to get my glasses?
Most single vision orders are made in 1 business day and arrive 1 to 2 business days after shipping. Orders placed by 5 p.m. Eastern on a weekday usually start the same day; the lab is closed weekends and holidays.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with photos and we'll replace your glasses.
