Tortoise is a pattern family, not one color.
Tortoise-style frames can combine brown, amber and dark tones, or use a more colorful variation. Amicable offers Champagne/Tortoise and Brown/Blue Tortoise; Yearn offers Brown Tortoise, Lilac Tortoise and Rose Tortoise. Choose the listed variation rather than assuming every tortoise frame is the same shade.
The name describes the color pattern here. We are not claiming that these frames contain natural tortoiseshell. Frame material is listed separately on each model page.

A patterned round frame and a patterned rectangle change the look in different ways. Compare the shape and rim design after checking lens width, bridge width and temple length. A favorite color is a good starting point, but it cannot guarantee fit.
Accord has a 49 / 20 / 140 mm option; Colossal measures 60 / 15 / 145 mm. Both offer tortoise colors, but they are very different measurement choices. Start with a comfortable pair’s numbers when deciding which to explore.

The $79 everyday base price includes your frame and standard plastic single vision prescription lenses. Polycarbonate adds $15; high-index 1.67 adds $45. Optional coatings, tints and stronger-prescription charges can change the total. Review the complete price at checkout.

We currently make single vision glasses. Contact us before ordering if your prescription includes an ADD; bifocals and progressives are not available yet.
Shipping is free to Michigan, Delaware, Oregon and Montana. Most basic pairs ship within 2 business days; carrier transit follows. Prescription orders are custom-made, and change-of-mind, style and fit returns are not accepted. Report qualifying errors, defects or shipping damage within 14 days under our remake and refund policy.
