What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), shipping address, the frames you chose, your eyeglass prescription, your PD and any prescription file you upload. When you contact us, we collect your name, email and message.
How we use it
We use this information only to make and ship your glasses, to check your prescription, and to answer your questions. We don't sell or rent your information.
How it's sent
Our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Order and contact forms are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service. Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card or bank details go directly to PayPal and are never sent to or stored by our website.
Your cart
Your cart is stored in your own browser so it's there when you come back. We don't use advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep order records as long as we need them for your order, returns and our business records. To ask us to delete your information, email fasteyeglasses@gmail.com.
