1 Your prescription

Single vision only

Copy the numbers from your prescription. OD is your right eye, OS is your left eye. If a box on your Rx is blank, leave CYL at 0.00. We can't fill prescriptions with an ADD (bifocal or progressive) or prism. Non-prescription (plano) pairs are not available yet. A zero SPH is allowed when your prescription still requires correction in at least one eye.

Lenses include powers up to ±4.00 SPH and 3.00 CYL. Stronger prescriptions add $5 for each extra diopter per lens, prorated for fractional diopters. No flat surcharge. It's added to your total automatically when you type your Rx. If you only upload a photo, we'll email you before making your glasses if the charge applies.

If none is printed or it is unclear, leave blank and request review below. Do not invent or extend a date.

2 Pupillary distance (PD)

PD is the space between your pupils, measured in millimeters. If you have one number, use the total box. If you have right and left numbers, use the two matching boxes. Copy your own measurements; the examples below are not numbers to use for your order.

Look for PD on your glasses prescription, or ask your optician for it. If you want us to read it from your prescription, upload the complete document and choose “I need you to read my PD” above. That requires review before payment.

3 Upload your prescription

A clear photo or PDF of your prescription helps us double-check your numbers. JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF, up to 8 MB. Required before payment, even when you type your prescription. An upload-only order needs review before payment so we can confirm the details and price.
