Who can order
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A parent or guardian may order glasses for a child using the child's prescription.
- We ship only to addresses in Michigan, Oregon, Montana and Delaware.
Prescriptions
We make single vision eyeglasses to the prescription and PD you provide. You're responsible for providing a current, valid eyeglass prescription from a licensed eye care professional and for entering it accurately. We may contact you, or ask you to contact your eye doctor, to confirm a prescription, and we may decline an order we can't confirm. Our prescription & remake policy is part of these terms.
Not medical advice
We don't provide eye exams or medical advice, and nothing on this site replaces an exam by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. Our guides are general information.
Safety eyewear
Our safety frames are designed for protective use. Unless an order confirmation specifically states that the complete glasses meet ANSI Z87.1, don't rely on them where Z87.1-rated eyewear is required. Email us before ordering if your workplace requires certified safety eyewear.
Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and include single vision lenses. Lens upgrades and any strong-prescription charge are shown before you pay.
- Payment is processed by PayPal. Your order is accepted when payment is completed and we confirm your prescription.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, or a frame becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Frames listed as backordered or pre-order may take longer to ship. We'll email you if there's a delay.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Our shipping policy, return & refund policy and warranty are part of these terms. Custom prescription glasses are final sale except as described in those policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

The text, images and design of Fasteyeglasses.com belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
Privacy
How we handle your information, including your prescription, is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
