This is an eyewear order, not an eye exam. The $79 base-pair price does not include an examination or a new prescription. Have a current eyeglass prescription supplied for your intended distance or reading purpose before ordering.
If you have insurance and want to ask about benefits or reimbursement, check with your plan before buying. We are not promising a claim submission, a covered benefit or reimbursement through this online order.
The $79 everyday base includes a frame and standard plastic single vision lenses. Polycarbonate adds $15; high-index 1.67 adds $45. Standard anti-glare adds $35, Crizal Easy adds $50, and a solid tint adds $20. These choices and stronger-prescription charges can change the total.
For example, a base pair with polycarbonate is $94. Polycarbonate plus standard anti-glare is $129. Choosing a $99 solid-tinted configuration does not also include polycarbonate. Review the itemized amount with your own prescription before deciding what fits your budget.
