Explain the unresolved detail
A helpful message names the problem: an unreadable expiration date, an ADD, conflicting measurements or an instruction that does not fit the form. Include the order or review reference if one exists. This makes it easier to connect the question with the right record.
Use the complete document
Upload a clear complete prescription through the normal review process. Do not crop away the wearer’s name, dates or prescriber instructions just to make the image smaller. If part of the document is unreadable, request a clearer copy rather than reconstructing missing information from memory.
Avoid conflicting guesses
Tell the store which information came from the original prescription and which question remains unanswered. Do not send several possible PD values and ask the lab to choose one. A review process is for clarification; it is not a substitute for obtaining a measurement that was never taken.
Watch the reply before payment
Keep an eye on the email address used for the review request. Read the clarification and complete-price information before approving an order. If something still does not match the original document, ask again rather than treating an approval link as a reason to skip the check.
