Choose the amount of data needed
A format calculator does not need a face photograph. Our PD helper uses the numbers typed into its fields to display the entered total or add recorded right and left values. It has no camera feature and no photo-upload step. That makes its limited purpose easier to understand.
Local does not mean a clinical result
Keeping entries in the browser is a privacy choice, not a measurement certification. The calculator cannot tell whether numbers were measured correctly or whether they belong to the intended wearer. A private guess is still a guess. Use a recorded measurement and keep its source.
Know what the page does
The helper does not save entries to browser storage, upload them or add them to the shopping cart. Clear the fields or close the page when finished. General website hosting may still record a page visit, as described in the site privacy policy. The helper is separate from checkout.
Use the order form for order information
When ready to purchase, follow the normal checkout and prescription-review process. Do not email unnecessary photos or personal information just because you used the helper. If the store needs clarification, use its contact process and identify the order without sending unrelated records.
