Make a complete order packet
Put your genuine eyeglass prescription, its dates, the wearer’s name and measured PD together before choosing a frame. A photo of only the lens powers can leave out information needed for review. Use a clear complete image and keep the original available in case the store needs clarification.
Compare what you selected
Read the cart line by line: frame model, color, size, lens material, coating and tint. Similar product photographs can make different sizes look interchangeable. The complete total matters more than a headline base price. If something you expected is missing, return to the product options before paying.
Plan the address and date
Check the eligible shipping destination list and confirm the address before placing a custom order. An upcoming trip is a reason to ask about timing, not to assume the normal estimate guarantees a deadline. Prescription confirmation, upgrades and questions may affect the schedule.
Keep a clean record
Save your confirmation and review email for any questions. If a detail changes, contact the store promptly and identify the order. Sending several conflicting prescriptions without explaining which one is current can make review harder.
