Make one packet per wearer
Keep each person’s genuine prescription and measured information together with their name. Similar names or shared email addresses can cause confusion if documents are mixed in a single folder. Label the frame shortlist too, so a parent’s chosen style does not accidentally become a child’s cart item.
Use the supported order process
Fast Eyeglasses currently uses one prescription per online order. Do not combine two people’s frames under one person’s numbers to chase a discount. Ask the store how to handle separate orders and check the eligible shipping destination before making payment.
Share only what is needed
Use the site’s prescription-upload and review process for order documents. Avoid posting prescriptions in public social-media comments when asking for help. A general question about a checkout step can be asked without exposing the wearer’s full clinical document or unrelated personal information.
Keep the useful records
Save confirmations, clarification replies and the final model and lens selections. For children or changing needs, ask the eye-care professional about current measurements rather than relying on an old family note. Good organization supports review; it does not replace professional fitting.
