Pass one: check what you selected
Read the model, size and color as a complete product identity. Check the lens purpose, material and every optional feature. Compare the final total with the configuration you intended to buy. If a choice changed while you were browsing, understand the difference before proceeding.
Then check the delivery address and eligible destination. Read the current timing and custom-order terms. If your plan depends on an unpromised deadline or a fit exchange, stop and resolve that expectation. A technically correct checkout can still be the wrong purchase for what you need.
Pass two: check where every personal value came from
Use the complete original eyeglass prescription and PD record. Confirm the wearer, right and left labels, signs, values and instructions. Preserve the original document’s meaning; do not invent missing information or modify a prescription to satisfy a form.
At Fast, upload the complete prescription and enter the required details, including the relevant dates, alongside the measured PD for the intended task. Request review before payment for conflicting or unclear information. Review submission is not approval to proceed with an expired prescription or authorization to begin production.
Make one final unresolved-question check
Ask whether any field contains a guess, borrowed example or value copied from a different wearer. If the answer is yes, get it checked. Customer-entered prescription or PD mistakes do not qualify for a free remake under Fast’s policy.
