Read the table as a menu, not a bundle
Each example adds only the named option to the everyday $79 base. A pair with polycarbonate and standard anti-glare combines two option groups: $79 + $15 + $35 = $129 before any prescription-strength charge. Choosing one material does not automatically add a coating or tint.
Within a group, compare the alternatives rather than adding every price. Solid tint, photochromic and Transitions GEN S are separate choices in the tint group. The frame builder shows the actual combinations and total for the model you select.
Check the prescription-strength calculation
The current strength pricing begins beyond ±4.00 SPH or 3.00 CYL. The charge is $5 per extra diopter per lens, prorated for fractional diopters, with no flat surcharge. It is based on the prescription numbers supplied for the order, so keep the right and left eye entries accurate.
Do not use this table to decide which material your prescription needs. If the prescription is unclear, includes prism or needs a multifocal design, ask before ordering; the store currently supplies corrective single-vision pairs and does not make progressive, bifocal or prism lenses.
Compare the delivered quote in Michigan
