How to Photograph Glasses for Customer Support: Delaware Guide
A clear support photo helps explain which part of your glasses needs attention. Delaware customers can prepare a short, useful report without dismantling the pair or sharing a prescription and home address in public.

Start with these details
| Question | What to check |
|---|---|
| Context | Show the whole pair so the affected side is identifiable. |
| Detail | Show the issue without forcing or taking parts apart. |
| Package | Keep and photograph packaging when reporting transit damage. |
Take a context photo first
Place the glasses on a clean, stable surface and photograph the whole pair. Make it easy to tell which arm, lens or bridge area you are describing. Keep unrelated paperwork and personal information out of the background.
Do not bend the frame to make it fit the image or remove a component for a better view. If the glasses are damaged, ask how to handle or return them rather than creating another problem while documenting the first.
Add one clear detail
Use ordinary even lighting and focus on the affected area. A second angle may help show a hinge or finish issue. Keep the image unchanged so the store can assess what is actually visible.
If a lens mark is difficult to show, describe it in words too. A photograph may not establish whether a mark is dirt, a scratch or a coating issue; the store may need more information or an inspection.
Write the smallest useful report
Include the order reference, when you noticed the issue and what happened immediately beforehand. State whether the pair arrived that way or the concern appeared during use. Avoid diagnosing a manufacturing fault from appearance alone.
Use fasteyeglasses@gmail.com or the store’s private contact channel. Do not attach full card details or publish the report in a coupon thread. Send only the information needed to identify and discuss the order.
Match the report to the published policy
The warranty page asks for an order reference, description and photos, then says the store will provide instructions if it needs the glasses returned. It distinguishes manufacturing defects from scratches, accidents, normal wear and other exclusions.
For transit damage, the shipping policy asks for photos of both the glasses and package within fourteen days of delivery. Keep the packaging and follow the actual instructions. Photos support a review; they do not by themselves guarantee a particular remedy.

COUPON20: the second-pair details
Buy at least two complete pairs in the same order to save 20% on one lowest-priced eligible pair, including selected upgrades but excluding prescription-strength charges. The same savings apply automatically; the code does not add a second discount, and Fast Cash does not stack. Current checkout uses one prescription per order. Contact us first for different prescriptions or wearers.
Custom glasses are final sale for change of mind, customer-selected fit and entered prescription/PD errors; published remedies apply to qualifying lab errors, defects and shipping damage. Read the return policy.
Two useful questions
Should I take the frame apart for the photograph?
No. Document it without forcing or disassembling it and ask for handling instructions.
Do photos automatically prove warranty coverage?
No. The store must assess the issue under the applicable policy and may need further inspection.
