Did You Order Glasses Twice? A Montana Confirmation Checklist

Two emails do not always mean two orders. Sort the confirmation, payment status and order number before changing a custom glasses order.

Original planning suggestions. Follow the venue, workplace and product instructions that apply to your situation.

Collect the records before making another purchase

Open the confirmation and any later update. Record each order number, order time and the email address used. Two messages with different subjects may describe the same order at different stages. Conversely, two distinct order numbers deserve a support question. Avoid placing a third order while trying to understand the first two.

Describe the issue narrowly

Tell the retailer that you may have submitted the order twice and ask it to confirm what exists in its system. Include the order references through the normal support route. A Montana shopper does not need to send a full payment-card number, account password or unredacted statement to explain the issue. Keep public social comments free of order details.

Ask what can still be changed

Custom prescription work can have different cancellation or modification limits from an unmade stock item. Ask whether production has started and which published policy applies. Do not assume that deleting a cart, closing a browser tab or sending a message automatically cancels an order. Wait for the retailer’s explicit response about the requested change.

Save the resolution beside the original confirmation

Once support explains the result, record which order is active and retain the relevant message. If you intended two pairs in one order, ask how that differs from two separate orders and check the full second-pair terms. An offer does not necessarily apply across separate transactions. Review the final prescription, options and shipping address on the active order.

COUPON20: the second-pair details

Buy at least two complete pairs in the same order to save 20% on one lowest-priced eligible pair, including selected upgrades but excluding prescription-strength charges. The same savings apply automatically; the code does not add a second discount, and Fast Cash does not stack. Current checkout uses one prescription per order. Contact us first for different prescriptions or wearers.

Custom glasses are final sale for change of mind, customer-selected fit and entered prescription/PD errors; published remedies apply to qualifying lab errors, defects and shipping damage. Read the return policy.

Two useful questions

Do two confirmation-related emails prove I paid twice?

No. Compare order numbers and ask support to reconcile the records.

Can I combine separate orders for COUPON20?

The published offer requires at least two complete pairs in the same order. Ask support before assuming separate transactions can be changed or combined.
